Here's what makes us a better place to live
1. Our property is adjacent to the Tufts campus, so you may be able to get to your classes even faster than from the Tufts dorms in some cases.
2. Our rent prices are usually lower than many of the equivalent properties adjacent to the Tufts campus.
3. We have off-street parking and a yard with a patio that our tenants are welcome to use on a permission basis, which are nice extras in the crowded city.

We offer coin-operated laundry machines on site if you choose to use them, so you don't have to waste valuable
time going to the laundromat.
5. If you like to cook, you will
love our kitchens. We have large, eat-in kitchens that feature
natural gas cooking stoves, an abundance of cabinet space and big
refrigerators.
Here's what makes us special
1. We have been renting to Tufts students since 1969 – more than 50 years – so we understand your needs, such as the importance of maintenance and having a responsive landlord that you can quickly reach in the event of a problem.
2. We want our tenants to have a positive experience, because our reputation is important to us.
1. We are a small family-owned business, so you pay NO REAL ESTATE BROKER'S FEE, which usually is a charge of one-month's rent. Why pay the equivalent of 13 months rent for a 12-month lease?
2. We have our own handyman and do regular maintenance on the property. We also have a landscaper, who cuts the grass in the summer and clears snow in the winter; a regular plumber; and a regular electrician.
3. We only require one-half of the first-month's rent as a deposit at the lease signing, which usually occurs in November for a lease that starts on June 1. The other half of the first-month's rent, last-month's rent and security deposit are not due until March 15. We understand students have lots of bills to pay, including tuition and fees, so we try to ease the financial burden by having most of the funds due closer to the actual move-in date.
